“Wine is above all a bonding human experience”

About us

We are a group of passionate and talented professionals dedicated to creating experiences for teams.

When complemented with coaching and facilitating techniques, wine becomes a powerful tool to learn from, beyond the liquid in the glass itself.

Wines, and their natural vineyard environment, are elevated to the role of teachers, communicators, storytellers, messengers and inspiring muses.

Juan is all about wines.

Juan Lo Bello is a wine professional with, WSET Level 4 Diploma and Certified Wine Educator. His relationship with wine started in Mendoza, Argentina, close to the original “Juan” (his grandfather), who introduced him to the world of wine.

He has worked for 15 years in international management roles in the UK, Asia, Europe and Canada focusing on sales and marketing. He experienced the business world of wine from every angle: producers, distributors/ importers, markets, brand development and consumers.

Today, apart from teaching formally about wine and the wine business at the EM Strasbourg Business School, he is developing team-building experiences that explore wine as a communication tool.

He is convinced of the power of wine to unite people, build relationships and communicate ideas and thoughts that go beyond the liquid itself inside the wine glass.

Rebecca is all about storytelling.

Rebecca Roberts is a communication coach, storytelling consultant and speaker. Her background in interior architecture and workplace-culture strategy has given her a unique perspective into the world of individual and collective transformation.

For the past 10 years, she’s specialised in exploring the inner narratives that shape our behaviour, well-being and capacity to connect in both the personal and professional realms. Through her work of "Inner Architecture," Rebecca works with teams and individuals to master sense-making through storytelling to increase confidence and mental ease, and ultimately to create more meaningful impact and deeper connections.

Mau is all about art and painting.

Since my birth (1975) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, drawing became a constant companion in my life from the early age of four, and this passion persists to this day. Over time, I have come to understand that art has not only accompanied me uninterruptedly but has also played a fundamental role, helping to shape my being and, at times, finding solace in its strokes. It has always been an essential component of my existence.

In my youth, I dedicated myself to academic studies, worked as an advertiser, and practised as a graphic designer, although, in the most intimate corner of my being, art always held a privileged space in my heart.

I have established my residence in Europe. Throughout this period, I have had the opportunity to carry out numerous exhibitions, presenting myself to the public as an artist. I have intervened with painting on walls, lent my talent to the illustration of various literary works, and participated in artistic projects of various kinds. My creative palette has touched both the creation of paintings on canvas and the customization of clothing and the teaching of painting workshops aimed at the younger generation.

Today I focus my activities on teams with my company Lobotomie. We create transformative painting and art experiences that facilitate bonding, strengthen connection, and equip teams with creative tools to face challenges together.

Reiner is all about LEGOs® Serious Play.

My name is Reiner, and I’m a certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator with over five years of experience helping teams and individuals unlock their potential through this powerful, hands-on methodology. I specialise in using LEGO® Serious Play® to solve complex challenges, enhance collaboration, and foster innovative thinking—all in an engaging and playful environment.

LEGO® Serious Play is a unique approach that uses LEGO® bricks to turn abstract ideas into concrete models. It allows participants to express themselves more clearly, explore different perspectives, and collectively build solutions. It encourages full participation, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard, leading to richer insights and stronger outcomes.

Throughout my career, I’ve facilitated workshops for teams and organisations focusing on strategic development, improving teamwork, and driving creativity. My aim is not just to solve immediate problems but also to help participants develop communication and problem-solving skills that benefit them long-term.

If you're looking to explore new perspectives and discover creative ways to tackle challenges, I’m excited to bring the LEGO® Serious Play method to you and your team.
